D840 - D880
The D8XX thermal modules integrated and amorphous silicon microbolometer detector and are designed for the 8~14µm sprectral range. They are available in 384×288 (D880 model) and 640×480 (D840 model) resolution, with either 17µm or 25µm pitch. The camera provide 14 bit digital BT656 video output and the NETD is < 60mK. Their compact size ((40 x 41 x 35mm) and lightweight (76g) are ideally suited for intégration into various solutions. Evaluation kits comprising the thermal core and a communication board are availble for system integrators.
